Hope you have had a great Christmas and New Year. I took a little time off from blogging, but I did post a Brain Regan video …so that should make up for my absence. He’s my favorite comedian -and he’s clean to. ENJOY!
For this Blog I thought I would share with you some of the things I’ve learned over the past few months.
1. Starting a church naturally increases your Prayer life.
2. “God loves Risk Takers” – a quote from a friend that is becoming more true in my life everyday
3. When you start a Church you will cast the vision at least a 1000 times ….and everytime you do, it counts!
4. Your wife is the most important person on your team. Her encouragement and support will be at times -God’s voice to you.
5. Making the Big ASK for people to join your launch team or support your Kingdom vision financially is the most important and necessary role of the leader.
6. Your best strategic plans without God’s spirit moving through them are pretty worthless
7. Planting a Church involves more details than any of us could or should ever imagine.
8. People want to the invitation to quit “playing it safe” and with passion move the Kingdom forward
9. God will give you a miricle..just when there needed most.
10. To be thankful and enjoy every second of the journey….

I love how every single thing you’ve learned has to do with God or new church. An interesting thought accrued to me while reading; can I learn without God?

I just wanted you to know just how true these words ring in my heart at this very moment (yes…at 4:05 a.m.). God has awesome plans for THRIVE and all that is to come! My excitement and passion for what God is doing at THRIVE is so unbelievable to me. And I know that God is doing great things as we speak…
Miracles, thankfulness, and the journey ahead in the weeks to come are a few things that God has just reminded me to remember through HIS words. Thank you for sharing!

Tommy, Sorry I have to call you that too. Tom makes me think of your dad, and I still remember you and Jackie as young children and teenagers. I remember you at the house all the time with the rest of the kids from First Assembly and taking you to Florida with us on vacations. I just wanted to let you know how proud I am of you both. You have definately learned alot so far! When my husband Stephen and I started Zoeller Motorsports Ministries we were deeply in debt, didn’t really know exactly what we were to do other than the little God told us. We just obeyed God, left our excellent jobs and went full time ministry. God provided miraculously! He is faithful and true. Keep Him absolutely first in time and in tithes and He will shower you with blessings. We will be praying for you and congrats on the new baby.
